A Look Inside My Journey

Each month, I sit down and write a One Page Report, a way to capture where I am, what I’m learning, and how I’m evolving. It’s not a polished update or a highlight reel. It’s an honest reflection of the journey I’m on, figuring out what alignment really feels like, challenging old patterns, and choosing to create in a way that feels true to me.

If you subscribe, you’ll get a real and unfiltered look behind the scenes, what’s working, what’s uncomfortable, and what I’m noticing as I keep stepping into who I’m becoming. I’ll share my thoughts on creativity, transformation, and flow, as well as the moments that shift everything.

This is for you if you’re curious about what it really takes to do the inner work while building something meaningful. If my journey resonates with you, I’d love to have you along for the ride.

Subscribe to get access to my monthly One Page Reports.

Let's keep going and keep growing.

#163: Glin & Tonic - Tasting Freedom
On quiet peace, invisible cages, and choosing one honest yes at a time   I never started my own business so I could work all hours of the day, evening and weekend. But in the early years, that’s exactly what happened. I was in survival mode, trying to grow a business and not lose everything, including my sanity, in the process.   There were so many moments I wished for the 9-5 work week and the...
#162: Glin & Tonic - From Self-Abandonment to Self-Love
How are you raising your floor?Elevating your minimum standard for the life you are living?   Earlier this week, I felt like I was drifting. I had space in my calendar, and it felt strange.   Of course, I knew I wouldn’t have to try too hard to fill the space - we all have a never-ending to-do list - but this week wasn’t about ticking off checklists. It wasn’t about productivity or performanc...
